Return Process

  Log into your BloxBasket account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
